چکیده
Poor adherence to treatment is one of the reasons for not reaching target levelof blood pressure and consequences in form development cardiovascularcomplications.Aim – analysis patients with resistant arterial hypertensionby various methods determine ways overcome non-adherence treatment.Material methods. 12 hypertension were included into study.Men women over age 18 included, provided that average level officeblood was greater than 140/90 mm Hg when taking 3 or more antihypertensivedrugs fixed combination valsartan, amlodipine, hydrochlorotiazide. Todetermine treatment, questionnaires determination drugs urinewere performed central laboratory using chromatography method. All patientsunderwent following studies at beginning: measurement office SBP, DBP, andheart rate. The duration observation months.Results. 58,67±13,68 years. Men –50 %/50 % (n=6/6). degree decrease after monthsof SBP/DBP 35.5/16.7 Hg, (p <0.001 both values) againsta background a triple valsartan/amlodipine/hydrochlorothiazide.According urine, we found 25 patients(n=3) did take all. result survey showed need increase awareness about symptoms disease. Survey data indicate needto clarify necessity ensure continuous, long-term self-monitoring pressureand antihypertensive by keeping diary order improve andeffectiveness treatment.Conclusion. In hypertension, notdetected urine all, is, they nonadherence therapy.

Adjunctive use of electroconvulsive therapy in patients with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome and drug-resistant epilepsy: A pilot study
Background: Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) is an epileptic encephalopathy, characterized by drug-resistant multiple seizure types. The aim of this study was to determine if the adjunctive use of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) in patients with LGS and drug-resistant epilepsy is efficacious in decreasing their seizure frequency and also to investigate its safety and tolerability. Method...

Background: Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH) results from the obstruction of predominantly major pulmonary vessels by organized blood clots and is one of the causes of pulmonary hypertension. The disease is still underdiagnosed and the true prevalence is not clear. The objective of this study was to determine the clinical characteristics and current management of patients w...

Background and Aim: One of the high-risk groups due to the prevalence of COVID-19 are patients with chronic heart disease. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the electronic health care and drug monitoring program to prevent COVID-19 and adherence to therapeutic regimen of patients with chronic heart disease (ischemic heart disease). Methods: This pilot study is a quasi-e...
متن کاملEffect of renal sympathetic denervation on glucose metabolism in patients with resistant hypertension: a pilot study.
BACKGROUND Hypertension is associated with impaired glucose metabolism and insulin resistance. Chronic activation of the sympathetic nervous system may contribute to either condition. We investigated the effect of catheter-based renal sympathetic denervation on glucose metabolism and blood pressure control in patients with resistant hypertension. METHODS AND RESULTS We enrolled 50 patients wi...
